Attorney Wysocki opened up Wysocki Law Firm in August 2023 to help clients ranging from large multinational corporations to small startups, and individuals with U.S. Immigration matters, and Connecticut Real Estate, Probate, Business Law, and other general matters.

After graduating from Quinnipiac University Law School, she got her start with the Law Offices of Mark C. Valentine in Stratford, CT where she assisted clients with Real Estate, Probate, and general matters. She previously practiced Immigration Law at both Ma’ayergi and Associates in Stamford, CT and Robert Immigration Law Group in Wilton, CT. Prior to starting Wysocki Law Firm, she was in-house Senior Legal Counsel with S&P Global, Inc., where she handled all of S&P Global Inc.’s immigration matters.

Attorney Wysocki is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, but can represent immigration clients across the country. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

She graduated summa cum laude from Sacred Heart University in 2010 with a B.S. in Political Science and Minor in History. She graduated from Quinnipiac University with a J.D. in Intellectual Property Concentration, with Honors and an M.B.A.
